ANZ, ASB and Westpac are offering warm up loans to help their customers create warmer, drier homes while saving money on energy bills. You can use a warm up loan to get G-Force to install a heat pump plus carry out insulation and ventilation. WARM UP LOANS
If you have a home loan with ANZ, you can apply for the ANZ Good Energy Home Loan top up to a maximum value of $80,000 at a fixed rate of 1% for 3 years to purchase any of the ANZ Good Energy Upgrades for your home such as:
Heat pumps
A fixed single-split heat pump system, multi-split heat pump system or a ducted heat pump system for heating your home. View the G-Force range of heat pumps here.

Westpac customers may be eligible for a Westpac Warm Up Loan, which includes a loan of up to $40,000 interest-free for five years.
Professional installation
A professional installer like G-Force must fit the items. If you apply for a Westpac Warm Up loan, you’ll need to show a quote that is less than 90 days old to obtain a pre-approval from us.
Heat pumps
You can choose a fixed single-split heat pump system, multi-split heat pump system or a ducted heat pump system. Other types, such as portable heat pumps and heat pump water heaters, are not eligible
Insulation
You can also use the warm up loan for installing insulation in your home.

The ASB Better Homes Top Up will enable existing home loan customers to borrow up to $80,000 at 1% p.a. fixed interest rate for three years to fund eligible improvements such as heating and insulation, solar panels or double-glazing installation.
Insulate your home
Underfloor, ceiling or wall insulation, professionally installed by a professional installer like G-Force must fit the items.
Heat and cool efficiently
Heat pump system, which is installed in your home by a professional installer like G-Force.
Reduce moisture
- Extractor Fans: A bathroom extractor fan or kitchen rangehood sending air to outside, not inside or ceiling space.
- Ground moisture barriers, professionally installed.
- Ventilation systems – positive or balanced pressure systems.
